If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect

ROAM is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated.

5. Responsibilities of Users

By using ROAM, you agree to:

Adhere to the terms and conditions of service providers

Comply with local laws and regulations during your travels

Service providers using ROAM must:

ROAM does not verify the accuracy of service provider listings and is not responsible for provider actions, omissions, or failures to deliver services.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

ROAM is not liable for any issues, losses, damages, or injuries resulting from bookings made through the platform

Users assume full responsibility for their travel decisions and any risks associated with their bookings, including accidents, service failures, or financial loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to its platform and services
